PJC specializes in custom solutions and fabrication by the water jet process. No project is too large or too small. Our team works with each customer on an individual bases, ensuring their manufacturing needs are met.
Our expert engineers offer customers CAD design services, from complex precision designs, to standard geometrical shapes. We have assisted many customers in product design from the conceptual stage, to creating prototypes, and final production of their product.
Abrasive water-jet can cut through materials ranging from 1/16 inch (1.6mm) to 8 inches (203mm) thick with an accuracy of .005 inch (0.13mm) We can handle any job up to 6 feet x 12 feet.
